Arrival Time
Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment.
Being 15 minutes late or not showing to your appointment will require a full deposit for your next appointment.
We may cancel the appointment for late arrivals.
Reschedules and Cancellations
We require 72 hours notice for reschedules and cancellations.
Deposits are non-refundable.
For new clients, rescheduling will need a full deposit of the service.
Before Your Appointment
You must be healthy. Know your medical history, as we cannot perform services without identifying risks.
You must not drink caffeine or alcohol at least 48 hours before the procedure.
You must not take blood thinners (Ibuprofen, Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E, B6, Omega 3, Gingko Biloba, Primrose, etc.) at least 1 week before your procedure.
You must not wax, tan, or tint the area at least 3 days before the procedure.
You should not get any facials or peels at least 2 weeks before the procedure.
You should not have any facial injections at least 4 weeks before the procedure.
